We started Bconic because marketing teams were making big decisions on data they couldn't trust. We're involved in every hire, because at our size each person changes what the company can do. How we work
This way of working doesn't suit everyone. The work is self-directed and nobody hands you a playbook. It's hard, and some weeks we put everything else down to get something shipped. We measure people by results.

The team
We're experienced veterans of the marketing industry. We've lived the agency life, brand side, and building the leading edge of adtech and data analytics. We're dependable, we're focused on the same goals, and we choose to show up for each other, every day.
Where we work
We're mostly remote, with home bases in Toronto and Colombo and flexibility over how you organize your time. We meet in person when we can, because we like spending time together!
Where we're headed
We started in Toronto in 2023. Today more than 20 marketing teams use Bconic, and we measure over $200M in ad spend a year.
